I've been using this app successfully for years, and have made every effort to ensure it is rock solid. However, there are a lot of different phones out there, and I only have access to a few to test with. To further complicate things, phone apps and software are constantly being upgraded, and Facebook periodically changes the rules for how things work.

All that means that it's possible something will go wrong. If it does, I'm here to help.

I'll need information to figure out what's going wrong. The app includes a debugging option to gather the information that I'll likely need.

Open the settings menu using the gear icon, and tap the About App link at the bottom. Then tap the Show Debugging Information link at the bottom of that window.

A window will pop up with debugging information. It will include your ID, information about your device and operating system, and, if we're lucky, specific information about the error that occurred.

You can use the "Email Tech Support" link on that window to copy all that information to a new email in your email client. Just add any relevant details and send it on to me. Alternately, you an copy and paste the debugging details from that window.
